If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You can apply for a return with the following reasons:
- I did not receive the product(s) (e.g. missing item, parcel lost in transit)
- I received incomplete product(s) (e.g. incomplete sets, incomplete parts)
- I received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size received, wrong colour, different product)
- I received product(s) with physical damage (e.g. dented, broken, scratched)
- I received faulty product(s) (e.g. malfunctioned, cannot be used)
You have  calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

For purpose of changing sizing you can’t change to other type of product except for the size. Shall the size you requested is not available we will contact and liase with you directly.
If your return is approved, we will send you the new product with the size that you have intended to change.
Gdex Express will attempt delivery to the delivery address stated in the shipping label. If the buyer is uncontactable, Gdex Express will attempt to deliver the parcel to the buyer a few more times. If for whatever reasons, Gdex Express has attempted three deliveries and still failed, Gdex Express will proceed to return the parcel to Baby Beauty Store.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
